Early Close of WRAP Retail Offer

Cadence Minerals (AIM: KDNC) is pleased to announce that due to the high level of demand received, the Company has decided to close the WRAP Retail Offer early. A further announcement will be made on Monday, October 6 regarding the total proceeds to be accepted and the number of Ordinary shares to be issued pursuant to the WRAP Retail Offer. 

Terms used but not defined in this announcement have the same meaning as set out in the Company’s announcement released at 7:00 a.m. BST on 02 October 2025.
