Tertiary Minerals plc announces that in accordance with Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules (“DTRs”), the total issued share capital of the Company with voting rights is 733,836,092 ordinary shares.

There are no shares currently held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 733,836,092 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTRS.
