The Company announces its audited annual report and accounts for the year to 30 September 2018 has been posted to shareholders.

Furthermore, the Company has posted a Notice of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) to shareholders. The AGM will be held at the offices of WeWork, 1 Primrose Street, London EC2A 2EX, at 11.00 am on Friday 1^{st F}ebruary 2019.
